Hi there! I’m Mary, the owner/lead planner behind Diamonds and I Do’s by Mary.

I’m based in Boston, Massachusetts, and ever since I can remember, I’ve loved planning, organizing, and making people smile. From little gatherings with friends to planning events, I’ve always been the one to bring people together and perfect every last detail. So here I am, turning those lifelong passions into a career I truly love!

With wedding planning experience and a passion for creating stress-free, unforgettable celebrations, I’ll be more than just your planner. I’ll be your wedding BFF from your engagement to the last dance. Whether you want to dive into every detail or sit back and enjoy, I’ll tailor the process to fit you. You focus on the love; I’ll handle the logistics.

When I’m not planning weddings, you’ll find me skiing, playing volleyball, trying out Boston’s latest restaurants, traveling, or hanging with my family, friends, and my dog, Libby. I can’t wait to bring your wedding dreams to life!

Amanda Miller – event coordinator

I thrive on helping couples bring their unique visions to life. Inspired by my best friend’s wedding, where I had the honor of standing by her side, I discovered my love for the wedding industry. Now, working alongside my best friend Mary, I enjoy every aspect of the design process, from the initial concept to the final touches.

Outside of work, I love spending time with family and friends, enjoying outdoor activities like boating and skiing, and cherishing moments with my dog. My dedication to creating an unforgettable experience for others reflects my joyful spirit.

Megan Lane – event coordinator

Hi! I’m Meg. I’ve always loved planning and hosting celebrations for friends and family, so being part of a couple’s wedding day is truly an honor. My favorite moment? The dance floor, especially when Shout comes on and gets everyone moving!

I work full-time in fashion, where I get to be creative every day, and in my free time, you’ll find me at CorePower yoga, traveling, going to concerts, or watching an Adam Sandler or Vince Vaughn movie. I love country, classic rock, and pop music, and my happy place is the beach, especially Cape Cod.

Brooke Hass – event coordinator

Hi! I’m Brooke, and I’m so excited to help bring your wedding vision to life!
I’ve always had a love for planning and organizing – from birthday parties and holiday gatherings to now, the beautiful world of weddings. As someone recently engaged myself, I truly understand how important it is to have every detail come together just the way you’ve imagined. My goal is to make your day seamless, stress-free, and full of joy so you can focus on celebrating your love.

When I’m not coordinating events, you’ll usually find me baking (I have a serious sourdough obsession), reading a good book, or out for a walk. I share my home with my fiancé, and my sweet cat, Arthur, who keeps me company through all my late-night planning sessions.

Carolyn Kennedy – pet coordinator

I’ve been an animal lover for as long as I can remember, begging my family for a dog for over 10 years before finally getting one! Since then, I’ve cared for dogs of all breeds, ages, and temperaments, along with other animals (even cows!). Whether it’s dog sitting, bringing your pup to the ceremony, handling them during the big moment, or making sure they’re perfectly placed for photos, I’m here to ensure they’re happy, comfortable, and part of your special day.

Beyond my love for animals, I enjoy spending time with family, trying new restaurants, and soaking up the sun in Cape Cod. I also worked summers in college at a wedding venue, so I understand the flow of a wedding day and how to keep things running smoothly. I can’t wait to help include your furry friend in your celebration!

Libby – administrative assistant

Libby is always by my side while I’m working, offering moral support (and demanding treats). She loves long walks, snack breaks, and, most of all, sleeping on the job. She may not be the hardest worker, but she’s definitely the cutest! 🐾
