I can’t even begin to put into words how grateful I am for Mary! She started off as my wedding planner but throughout the planning process I can confidently say I gained a friend. From the day I hired Mary to the after party of our wedding, she helped plan and organize every single detail, things I never would have thought of and executed them flawlessly. She crafted a timeline that fit our day and allowed the event to flow seamlessly. Mary was even thorough enough to create custom schedules for our family and wedding party; keeping everyone in the loop and avoiding questions day of. She was not only a planner but a constant source of support. Mary always made sure I was comfortable, calm and (most importantly!) that I was fed and always had a glass of wine in hand :).

Mary and her team amazing team also worked as our event coordinators, setting everything up exactly as we envisioned and breaking it all down at the end of the night. That level of care made such a difference and let us (and our families) just enjoy every moment without worry. Trevor and I felt like we were guests at our own wedding.

On top of all the planning, Mary was also there to help me bustle my wedding dress, take BTS photos, coordinate my dog sitter, order us lunch, navigate family antics, remind my guests about my guestbook, and just so much more. I felt so taken care of, which is exactly how every bride hopes to feel. Whenever I get a compliment on how perfect our wedding was I aways say “Thank Mary!” because I literally owe it all to her.

Thank you to Diamonds and I Do’s for your talent, dedication, professionalism, creativity, and heart. Our wedding was everything we dreamed of and more! If you want someone who will make your vision come to life while also being the kindest, more genuine presence by your side, Mary is your girl. I can not recommend her and her team enough!
