I called Mary in a frenzy and panic 6 weeks prior to my son’s bar mitzvah. Up until then, I had done everything myself. As soon as I spoke with her I felt better. She took charge immediately, connected all our vendors, and whipped us into shape. I had a lot of loose threads and she helped tie them all up neatly and easily. She helped us finalize our day of plans and insisted that I have as little responsibility as possible when the day came. On that day, we arrived just before the event for pictures and I was blown away how she had the room set up even better than what I had imagined. It was priceless to send any questions her way during the event so I could enjoy my guests. She broke down the room as well and packed everything up into our car at the end of the night. My only regret in hiring Mary is that I didn’t do it sooner. Next time I’ll be calling her much earlier.
